Retention of personal data
We will keep your personal data for as long as we need it to provide the products and services you have signed up to. We may also keep it to comply with our legal obligations, respond to queries and resolve any disputes, to meet our legitimate interests, including for our ongoing research and development initiatives, and to enforce our rights. The criteria we use to determine storage periods include the following: Information we have told you about storage periods on our website or in website terms and conditions. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. How we store the data
Your personal data is stored electronically only. The personal data is stored on servers hosted in the United Kingdom and, only our staff has access to these files.
We do not keep hardcopies of your personal data. From time to time, members of staff may print copies of your personal data for immediate use but such copy will be promptly destroyed once the hardcopy version has been used.
